David Daulton, J.D.

Board Member

Dave and Jane Daulton were married in August 1980. They have 14 children, 5 “homegrown” and 9 adopted. One of their birth children and all 9 of their adopted children have Down Syndrome, and include one Ethiopian and five Ukrainians. They have been working with Ukrainian orphanages since 1999, helping people to adopt and sponsoring training programs for children with disabilities and their care-givers. David earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University in 1987 and his Juris Doctor degree from Regent University School of Law in 1990. Jane has two years of college education in Early Childhood Development. David has been helping people adopt, both domestically and internationally, since 1990, and has been the attorney for over 1200 adoptions. Their current ministry which sponsors their work with orphans in Ukraine is called Father’s Heart, Inc. They are starting a new ministry in 2017 called Endangered Species Ministries, Inc., which is an educational and advocacy nonprofit organization that promotes the value and importance of children with Down Syndrome, especially in regards to pre-natal testing and genocide.
